Payments
  • We accept all major US credit/debit cards: Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover.
  • We accept Paypal.
  • Checks or cash mailed payments, Western Union, or any other payments not accepted.
  • Your credit card statement will read “WebMoves/OutlookBaby”.
Sales Tax
  • By FL State requirements, Sales Tax will be collected on any sales shipping to Florida, where our physical office presence is located.

Shipping

Fast Processing
  • Orders are fulfilled the same day (before 5pm EST M-F) via our state of the art 3rd party fulfillment center.
  • You will be notified at the time of shipment with a tracking number / order confirmation.
Shipping Rates and Options
  • Flat rate $4.95: Standard method shipping for all items in a single order to a single address. Standard shipping speed is typically 3 to 5 business days from the day it ships.
  • 2 Day Priority Shipping for $12 for a single item, $5 each additional item.
  • Next Day Shipping for $22 for a single item, $8 each additional item.
  • We can ship an order to multiple addresses; a separate shipping fee will apply for each address.
Domestic USA Only
  • Currently we can only ship within the United States. We will update our policies if we are able to ship internationally in the future.
Shipment Carriers
  • All items will be shipped through a 3rd party fulfillment center in Kentucky. The method used for shipping will vary depending on weight and shipping speed chosen; we utilize UPS, USPS, Lasership, and FedEx at our discretion.

Returns

Guaranteed to Fit!
  • A full refund is guaranteed if your item does not fit your stroller or car. This includes shipping to return the item. Original packaging must be included, and item must be unused. Please see Returns Procedure for further instructions on returning the item, as a specific Refund Processing # is required.
Incorrect, Broken, or Damaged Goods
  • Under our guarantee we will replace all incorrect, broken, or damaged goods at no cost to you, including shipping cost to return the item. Please email [email protected] or more information or if you have an issue with one of your products.
Other Returns
  • We gladly accept returns for any reason, up to 90 days from purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In this case return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which we can also locate for you by the original email address or order number. Please follow Returns Procedure below, as a specific Refund Processing # is required to process any refund.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Returns Procedure
  • A specific Refund Processing # is required to process ANY refund. Please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there is any reason your full refund would not be approved (damaged or missing parts, etc.)
  • When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
